Patternum LTD reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice to you, provided that any such change will not affect any commissions you have ordered before the change is implemented. Your continued use of or access to the website or services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Patternum LTD contains links to other websites, such as social media sites. The linked sites are not under the control of Patternum LTD and thus Patternum LTD is not responsible for the contents of any linked sites.

‍Ordering

If you wish to commission Patternum LTD, please use your preferred contact option in Contact Us section. Patternum LTD will contact you to clarify your request or return a quote.

You are responsible for checking that all the details of your order are correct and suitable for your requirements including measurements, dimensions, product features.

Charges to orders will be written and agreed by both parties. Any cancellations are not permitted after order is placed. If there is a problem with the delivered order, it must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of receipt of the order. The above does not affect your statutory rights. 

Prices and Payments

A non-refundable payment, in the form of 50%, is required for Patternum LTD to accept an order. The balance is due before delivery of products.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice (but not after) acceptance of your order. Patternum LTD shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

Patternum LTD accepts online payments paid via BACS. All the details will be provided in the invoice.

Client is responsible for all the taxes and custom charges that need to be paid in order to receive the ordered goods.

Lead times

Patternum LTD delivers new design commissions in around 6-8 weeks from the date the order was placed. If the existing design is used, manufacturing of tiles takes around 3-4 weeks, depending on adjustments needed.

Delivery and returns

Delivery charges are calculated on individual bases of the commissions and exact price will be provided before delivery. An estimate will be included in the original quote.

After our courier confirm a delivery date with you and should you then cancel the confirmed date/time slot, delivery charge of will be incurred and need to be met by you and not Patternum LTD. Certain deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt.

If the products are faulty, you should notify via email info@patternum.co.uk in 48 hours from receiving goods. We will then arrange a replacement, a repair or a refund.

Cancellations and Refunds

Patternum LTD does not accept cancellations of orders after they have been placed.

Any commission cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged, unless faulty. Our policy on cancellations and returns does not affect your statutory legal rights.

Postage costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. We advise that you take out enough postal insurance to cover the value of the contents.

Service Information

Patternum LTD offer sample service as a part of our design stage. However, we cannot guarantee that the materials used in commission will not have slight colour or tone difference, as it depends of the manufacturer of the materials.

You will be given advice to the suitability of materials whether supplied by Patternum LTD or not, however, Patternum LTD can only take responsibility for materials supplied by us; any material supplied by you is your responsibility. We use Fire retardant materials to all reupholstered items as specified in the Furniture and Furnishing Fire Regulations 1988. With regards to your own materials; when supplied by you it is your own responsibility to ensure the fabric is suitable for purpose for which it is intended to use and that it complied with the relevant regulations in force regard to Fire and Safety.

Patternum LTD reserves the right to add a surcharge to the mark-up costs for additional work, which may not be apparent when the estimate is provided or if there have been significant changes made to the design. We will advise you on discovery and a course of action will be agreed prior continuing the commission.

Patternum LTD cannot be held responsible for the present or future behaviour of the materials, such as wearing and deterioration, shrinking, staining, fading or damage to person or property, where the customer has acted against the manufacturer’s/retailer’s instructions i.e. washing instructions, steaming etc.

Patternum LTD will deliver the commissions on time providing that the materials to complete the work are available at the time the work is undertaken. We will keep you informed of any supply problems, or other factors which may affect delivery times.

Complaints will be dealt with as quickly as possible and a resolution of the same will be our prime objective.

Our Liability

Patternum LTD will not be liable to you where performance of any of Patternum LTD obligations is prevented or restricted by any circumstance or cause beyond Patternum LTD reasonable control.

You are responsible for the use you make of the service(s) you order. To the extent not prohibited by law, Patternum LTD accept no liability for any loss or damage which is not reasonably foreseeable or for any business loss (which includes loss of profits, contracts, goodwill, business interruption, loss of business or opportunity and other similar losses).

Nothing in this section or elsewhere in Patternum LTD Terms and conditions affects your statutory legal rights.
